Fancy Pastels is a made-to-order brand. We handcraft each piece just for you and ship according to the timelines below. Ready-to-ship and clearance-sale items leave our warehouse within 48 hours; made-to-order items follow the schedules described.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Ready-to-Ship / Clearance Sale Items: Dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Delivery to remote or high-altitude areas may incur additional delays or charges.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

During peak festive seasons or due to customs processing, timelines may extend beyond the above estimates.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
